We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• OSHA fines, penalties, or citations arising from use of our services
• Actions of third parties or users
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the cancellation feature in your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We are not obligated to provide access to your data after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
